Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit Loop Notes (loopnotes.dev), run by jjeongil.

What we collect

  • No reader accounts, no comments, no forms. You can read everything without signing up, and comments are turned off.
  • Technical logs. To deliver and protect the site, our hosting (Amazon Web Services Lightsail, Seoul region) and our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page you requested and the time of the request.

Cookies

Google Analytics (see below) sets cookies such as _ga to tell visits apart, except for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Site administrators who log in receive WordPress login cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to see which articles are read, how visitors arrive and which languages they read in. It collects data such as the pages you view, the referring site, your approximate location (country or city), and your device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We don’t use it to identify individual readers, and we don’t enable Google signals or advertising features in Analytics.

Advertising

We plan to show ads through Google AdSense. Once ads are enabled:

Links to other sites

Articles link to other websites, such as official documentation and GitHub. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. For questions about this policy or your data, see the Contact page.

Changes

We will update this page when how we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
