I’m jjeongil, a working backend developer. Loop Notes is where I write down what I learn while building and running software, mostly with AI coding agents.
What I work with
- Backend development. I work as a backend developer and use AWS and GCP regularly at work. I haven’t used Azure.
- AI coding agents at work. I plug Claude Code and other AI coding agents directly into my job. I automated PR descriptions, Jira tickets and wiki documents with Claude Code skills, which cut the time for one document from about 10 minutes to 2–3 minutes. I started with MCP and have since moved mostly to Skills.
- Agentic side projects. I develop several personal projects with Claude Code by delegating work to it.
- Interviewing. I take part in backend technical interviews as an interviewer. I care less about how many technologies a candidate lists and more about why they chose them and what the trade-offs were.
- Learning. I completed DataCamp’s Associate AI Engineer for Developers track (9 courses, about 26 hours). I don’t hold any AI certifications.
How this site works
The original articles are published in Korean on my Korean blog, jjeongil.tistory.com. The English and other language versions here are localized from those originals with AI assistance and checked against them. Every localized article links to its Korean original. The details are in the Editorial Policy.
